It's interesting that you brought up "flow". You always see TV doctors and their OR musical selections. Do you use this as a tool to get into the flow? My flow music depends on the amount of work and level of seriousness, but when I really need to get in the flow, I put on Explosions In The Sky, especially Your Hand in Mine.
